Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to love your Pawvlog gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or refund.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item — we've got you covered
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days at lyudongcen@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to ship anything back.

Changed your mind?
If you simply changed your mind, contact us within 7 days. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For small items, we may simply refund you without requiring a return, at our discretion.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping (if any) is non-refundable.

Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best before it ships.

Not eligible for return
Items returned after 7 days, used items (change-of-mind), or items not in original condition.
