Welcome to Pawvlog.com, operated by Shaanxi Vexnel Technology Co., Ltd. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. You agree to use Pawvlog technology only for lawful purposes related to pet monitoring and recording.

 

2. AI Technology Disclaimer

Pawvlog uses advanced AI for pet tracking and video generation. While we strive for accuracy, the AI is a tool and may occasionally fail to capture or identify specific pet behaviors. We are not liable for any missed captures or for any damages resulting from the use of our AI features.

 

3. Smart Devices & Wireless Connectivity

Our smart devices (including but not limited to the POV Pet Camera, AI Pet Companion Robot, and 4G Smart GPS Pet Tracker) rely heavily on wireless networks, Wi-Fi, GPS satellite signals, and cellular carrier networks (such as T-Mobile, AT&T, etc.). Pawvlog cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free network connection, signal coverage, or transmission. We are not liable for any service interruptions, tracking inaccuracies, or lack of connectivity resulting from poor local signal conditions, cellular network outages, or hardware incompatibilities with regional carrier bands.

 

4. Third-Party Applications & Services

To control, monitor, or interact with certain Pawvlog smart pet devices, you may be required to download and use mobile applications provided by third-party manufacturers ("App Providers"). These applications are operated independently of Pawvlog. Shaanxi Vexnel Technology Co., Ltd. does not control, and is not responsible for, the performance, stability, software bugs, or data security practices of any third-party App Providers. Your use of such applications is governed entirely by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

 

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Pawvlog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our smart pet devices or software services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

 

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, specifically the jurisdiction where Shaanxi Vexnel Technology Co., Ltd. is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. For international customers, local consumer protection laws may also apply where mandatory.
